We regret to announce that Shallipopi won’t be able to perform on the 19th of July at R3 Lounge due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We know this may be disappointing news to fans, and we share in that sentiment. We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding.

We are working hard to reschedule the event for a new date. Stay tuned for more updates!

Refunds:
Customers who paid via credit card – your refund was issued and it’ll take 3-8 business days to see it in your credit card statement.
Those who paid via convenience store will receive an email with instructions on how to process the refund to their bank account.

この度、アーティスト Shallipopi の来日に関しまして、やむを得ない事情により、7月19日にR3 Loungeにて予定しておりました公演を中止させていただく運びとなりました。

払い戻しについて
クレジットカードにてお支払いされたお客様には、ご購入時にご利用いただいたカードへの返金処理が自動的に行われます。
コンビニ決済にてお支払いされたお客様には、払い戻し方法に関するご案内をメールにてお送りいたします。そちらの手順に従って、お客様の銀行口座への返金手続きをお願いいたします。
